    To create your listing on SellYourHouseToEurope.com, you have to register. You can post listings, upload pictures, and edit until your property listing suits you.

  2. Do I have to own the property to put it on this website?
    Yes. You must own or be authorized by the owner, to post a property for sale.

  3. How much does it cost to advertise on your website?
    Packages and prices vary depending on your needs and desires. Click "Sell" at the top of any page. Enter your zip code and click "Submit". A list of packages available in your area will appear. If you have any questions about the packages offered, please Contact Us.

  4. Do I have to pay any commissions if I sell my home through SellYOurHouseToEurope.com?
    All of our products and services are billed as one-time fees. We do not have any recurring charges for our listings. NO COMMISSIONS EVER!

How do I use this website?

  1. How long will you list my property?
    All paid listings remain active as long as necessary. You may remove them at any time or after your property sells.

  2. Do you sell my information to other companies?
    No. Your information is never sold or shared.

  3. If I give you my email address, will you send Spam?
    No. As a business policy, we never send you Spam.

  4. What payment options do I have for listing on SellYourHouseToEurope.com?
    We use PayPal™ only. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay.

  6. Can you help me upload my pictures?

            Steps to Place an Ad Online:
    1. Click "Sell a Home" at the top of any page.
    2. Enter your zip code and click "Submit".
    3. A list of packages available in your area will appear. Select the package that best fits your needs and complete the listing form. Don't worry if you don't have all of the information you would like to list in your ad, you can edit your listing as many times as you like at no additional charge..
    4. When you have completed the listing form and have agreed to the Terms and Conditions, click "Preview" to see a sample of your listing.
    5. From the preview page you can checkout or you can go back to the listing form and make changes. Don't click your browser's back button or you may lose the information you have entered so far. Just click the "Edit" link in the area you would like to change.
    6. Make sure that you write down your listing login and password or print that page - you will need this information to login to your account.
    7. Click the "Pay Now" link to PayPal to make your payment.
    8. Follow PayPal's easy step-by-step process.
    9. Your listing is now active and viewable by potential buyers! You can now login to manage your listing.

  8. How often can I edit my listing?
    You can edit your listing whenever you would like and as often as you would like. You may do so as many times as you would like at no additional charge.

  9. How do I update my listing?
    To update your listing, login, then edit the listing to your liking and save. The modifications you make are instantly visible on the website.

  10. What happens if I forget my password?
    Click the "Forgot Password" link, enter your User ID and we will email your password to you. It's that simple.
